Senior Favorite: Tera!

Tera was a champ. For her outside session she decided on Dow Gardens, and it was cold! She did such a great job. You can’t even tell she was cold in her photos, as she sat toes deep in the water and in just a tank top. Inside she had a great time playing in our new famous box and loved hanging out on the green couch. She did a great job and was so sweet. Tera will be graduating from Beaverton High School this Spring! We had a great time with her. Here are some of our favorite photos from her session…

Senior Favorite: Katheryn!

Katheryn did a wonderful job. She was calm and such a natural beauty. It made her so easy to work with. We went to Dow Gardens for her outdoor location, and it was perfect timing to catch their burning bush and all the gold colors from the pine trees! Inside Katheryn brought her Cello and Bruce captured some gorgeous photos of her with it! Katheryn will be graduating from Midland High School this Spring and would love to attend Hope College! We hope you have a fabulous year!

Fall Family Special!

We recently finished up our Fall Family Special! If you missed out this year I recommend signing up early next year, because spots fill up quickly! This year we went to Dow Gardens and also dropped by the Chippewa Nature Center. It was absolutely perfect. We scheduled the special on the best weekend for peak color and everyone was in great spirits. If you prefer warm pastels and early Spring we also have a Spring Family Special, so don’t miss the fabulous opportunity. Check it out! Senior Favorite: Caitlyn!

Caitlyn will be graduating from Midland High School this Spring! In her free time she is on the soccer team, likes to draw, and plays the guitar. Her dad, being a Graphic Designer in the area, came up with a bunch of unique ideas for her pictures, and we have had a lot of fun playing around. Caitlyn decided on meeting us over at Dow Gardens. There might not have been many flowers left, but the Fall colors were amazing! It was really nice getting to know Caitlyn and her family. We hope she has a great last year of High School. Here a glimpse at our recent time together…

Engagement Session!

Marabeth & Barry are getting married next week! I am so excited to help Bruce shoot their wedding. They are such a wonderful couple and so happy together! They have an amazing love story and are truly meant to be. We met them at Dow Gardens for their engagement session and it was so much fun. My mouth hurt towards the end, because I just couldn’t stop smiling with them! It was a perfect Fall day out, and their photos turned out great. Congratulations Barry & Marabeth!

Marcie called us in need of some family portraits, and she decided to have us meet her downtown. They might just be our first family who decided to go downtown. It was a great decision. Senior Favorite: Nicki!

Nicki was so great! She came in with a huge smile and positive attitude. She is currently on the tennis team so we made sure to get some shots of her in her uniform and with all her gear. Her sports pictures turned out really nice. Nicki looks super fierce! She decided to go out to Dow Gardens for her outdoor session. Her Mom was so sweet. She didn’t want to smother Nicki so she wondered around the gardens while Nicki did her thing. Nicki will be graduating from Midland High School next Spring! Rachel is another future Alcona High School graduate! She was so sweet! I had the opportunity of meeting her a few weeks earlier, because she traveled down with her friend Kaylee for her Senior Pictures. Her friend decided to come down for her pictures too. What nice girls! I enjoyed their company a lot. Outside we went to Dow Gardens. It was a great day out, and many of the flowers were still in bloom. It was really nice getting to know Rachel. I hope she has an amazing year!

Classic Family Session!

This family met us at Dow Gardens earlier this week. We took some splits of the boys, the whole family, and then even threw the grandparents in the bunch. The boys had so much energy! I also had some of the more entertaining conversations of the Summer. We talked about huge bugs, deep sea dragons, and I even learned about the creature half cat half human! We had a great time, and their pictures turned out great! I can’t wait to see those boys again!
