Classic Family Seission

Lori scheduled a session with us to have some family portraits taken. She brought in her beautiful daughter Mya and darling dog Luna! They all looked great and Luna was so well behaved! She was so well behaved that we were able to sit her next to Mya and Lori for a head-shot! We had a lot of fun . We even brought out the box and had all the girls hop inside for some fun pictures. Christmas Special!

We just finished up our Christmas Special, and it was so much fun! There was so much holiday cheer around our studio. We decided to have a white and red set this year. It looked great, and all the children were in great spirits. We always have a wide variety of ages that come in, and after each session we put together custom Christmas cards for every family! Classic Session: Alexa and Baxter!

Alexa brought in her darling 6 month old pooch Baxter and wanted to have some priceless moments captured with him while he was still in his prime. It wasn’t easy getting the poodle to stay still, but he was actually much better than I anticipated. They have some darling pictures! Baxter and Alexa climbed in our white chair together, on our green couch together, and even played soccer together! It was so much fun! Here is our favorite photo from their session…

Ryan and Erin met us at the Bradley House with their darling doggy early September. They were such a cute little family! It was still nice and green out and the weather was great. We strolled around by the water for a few shots and wondered around stopping wherever we felt inspired. The Bradley House is a great location. Everything is located pretty close. It also has a great variety of areas to take pictures. There is a river, a rustic area near the actual house, woods, and also bridges and colorful railings for an urban feel. Ryan and Erin did a great job. Here is one of our favorite shots from their recent session…

Senior Favorite: Brooke!

Brooke was such a unique girl. She brought in her snake for some pictures, and they turned out really cool! She recently started skateboarding so she wanted to meet us Downtown Midland by the Tridge so we could swing by the skate park. Brooke has some awesome pictures to choose from. We did some really fun shots with her, and she is going to love them! We even went to a few new locations outside. Brooke has a great personality, and you can tell in her pictures. She will be graduating from Midland High School next Spring! We wish you the best Brooke. It was great getting to know you.

Senior Favorite: Lisa!

Lisa was such a sweet girl! She came in recently to have her Senior Pictures done, and they turned out great! She will be graduating from Chippewa Hills High School next Spring! For her outdoor Session we met her Downtown Midland. We went a little bit of everywhere that night. We stopped at the courthouse, over at our favorite stairwell, in front of the H Hotel, on the Tridge, over the Tridge, and at some flower beds!Lisa even brought her little dog along so they could get some pictures taken together. Senior Favorite: Conner!

Conner was such a gentlemen. He will be graduating from Midland High School next Spring, and is showing a strong interest in Lake Superior State for further education. He started fishing at the age of two and won his first casting contest when he was five years old! He was thinking about how he would love to go into Biology with a concentration on fisheries. He plays tennis right now so he brought in his gear and we have some great shots of him in the studio. We also met Conner’s sister and golden retriever. They came in for some special group shots. We hope you have a great Senior year and we wish you the best!

Birthday Club!

Drew recently turned 4 years old, and he wanted to meet us at Dow Gardens to play around for a bit. He also brought along his favorite train and kitty Cat named, Not Annie. Last year he brought a different kitty named Annie, it’s what he names all his kitties. He is so cute, and it was fun watching Bruce play hide-and-go-seek with him through the flowers. His mom also brought along their family dog. Towards the end of the session we met him outside and got some pictures of Drew and him together. We can’t wait to see Drew again he’s always so much fun! Happy Birthday Drew!!
