While we were visiting Kentucky we had the opportunity to see a lot of great photographers. One of Bruce’s favorites was David McKay. Bruce really loved the dramatic sepia family portraits that David created. Once we got back to Michigan we started talking about creating some portraits of our own.
There was no question that this family would be perfect for this type of session! We gave them a call and they were more than happy to be our first models! We have been photographing this family for over six years, and it all started when the oldest was still in mom’s belly! Now there are three cute little guys who are always great to photograph. We had a great session and the results are beautiful!
