Senior Favorite: Rachel!

Rachel will be graduating from Midland High School this Spring! She chose to have our Senior Favorite package so we spent some time hanging around our studio first. She brought in a beautiful dress  we had so much fun playing with. Rachel also brought in her softball gear and we made sure to get some photos of her with it. She decided on meeting us at Dow Gardens for her outside session. It was defiantly starting to cool off, but Rachel was such a trouper. She has so many awesome pictures to choose from! Year of Memories: Yashi!

Yashi is such a beautiful little girl! She always comes in with a huge smile and a look of excitement. The mom is also so great to work with. She is so sweet and always such a wonderful help. This was Yashi’s 6 month shoot and she already looks so much older! I can’t wait for her to come back for her next session.  I can’t believe her year of memories is already half way over. Year of Memories: Jace!

Jace is another new member in our Year of Memories Club. Both his older siblings were also part of the club. It’s so amazing to watch a family grow over the years. Jace is such a happy baby too!  We had such a fun time playing with him in our studio. It was hard to find a moment of him not smiling or giggling. Classic Children’s Session

Senior Favorite: Lauren!

Lauren was one of my favorite Seniors to work with this year. She has such a unique look and style. Lauren also leads a unique life. She plans to backpack around the world this Summer with her brother instead of having a graduation party. She would love to go to school out east, in a large city, to study international business.  Lauren will be graduating from Dow High School this Spring! She is more then excited!! Lauren wanted to meet us at the Chippewa Nature Center for her outdoor Session. It has been so beautiful out this Fall! It was a blast working with Lauren. Here are a few of our favorite moments…

Senior Basic : Avani!

Avani was such a sweet girl. She was very quiet at first, but I could sense her sassy personality.  She lived in California before moving to good ol Michigan, and I think she’s starting to get use to it around here. Avani has so many beautiful pictures to choose from. It was so great getting to know her and her mother over the short period of time we spent together, and I know Avani is going to do great things in her life! Year of Memories : Bryson!

Bryson just joined our year of memories club. He came in at about two weeks, and was such a sweet boy! He was very interested in sleeping so we were able to have his parents cuddle and cradle him around the studio. We can’t wait to see him grow up over the year. It is such a beautiful experience to be part of.

Senior Favorite: Katheryn!

Katheryn did a wonderful job.  She was calm and such a natural beauty. It made her so easy to work with. We went to Dow Gardens for her outdoor location, and it was perfect timing to catch their burning bush and all the gold colors from the pine trees!  Inside Katheryn brought her Cello and Bruce captured some gorgeous photos of her with it!  Katheryn will be graduating from Midland High School this Spring and would love to attend Hope College! Michelle will be graduating from Dow High School this Spring. She is currently a Cheerleader and from what I hear, it keeps her super busy. Michelle was born  in Venezuela and lived there for a few years until moving to good ol New Orleans. She actually just moved up here about two years ago and is adjusting nicely. Michelle is such a beautiful girl! It was so much fun getting to know her mom and her little sister. Outside we went to the Chippewa Nature Center and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. Senior Favorite: Ariel!

We had a great time with Ariel.  She came into the studio with her Mom and they were so much fun! Bruce took some stunning photos of Ariel with her Violin and also in a floor length dress. For her outside session we met her at the local castle near the Midland Country Club. It was so beautiful! It was a great day and Ariel has a very unique variety of Senior photos to choose from. It was great getting to know Ariel and her mom. They are such wonderful women. Ariel will be graduating from Dow High School this Spring. We hope you have a great Senior year Ariel!

Senior Basic: BJ!

BJ is one busy boy! He plays the French Horn for his high school band, is a member of marching band,  and is a key player on the hockey team. He will be a graduate of Dow High School this Spring and is very excited for his future. BJ hung out at the studio with us for a bit and did a fantastic job. He is such a nice guy! Senior Favorite: Katie!

Katie was such an interesting girl. The first time I met her she told me she would be famous someday. She plans on going to school for broadcasting, more specifically radio broadcasting.  Katie did a great job inside, but outside was a totally different story. She had her outdoor session at The Bradley House, and at the end not only did she get in the water, she sat down in it! Katie has so many great pictures to choose from. I know she’ll be pleased. Fall Family Special!

We recently finished up our  Fall Family Special! If you missed out this year I recommend signing up early next year, because spots fill up quickly!  This year we went to Dow Gardens and also dropped by the Chippewa Nature Center. It was absolutely perfect. We scheduled the special on the best weekend for peak color and everyone was in great spirits. Senior Favorite: Caitlyn!

Caitlyn will be graduating from Midland High School this Spring! In her free time she is on the soccer team, likes to draw, and plays the guitar. Her dad, being a Graphic Designer in the area, came up with a bunch of unique ideas for her pictures, and we have had a lot of fun playing around. Caitlyn decided on meeting us over at Dow Gardens. There might not have been many flowers left, but the Fall colors were amazing! It was really nice getting to know Caitlyn and her family. We hope she has a great last year of High School. Kyle will be graduating from Midland High School next Spring! He did a really nice job. Steffanie, our other photographer, hung out with him for awhile at our studio and then met him outside at the Bradley House. Engagement Session!

Marabeth &  Barry are getting married next week! I am so excited to help Bruce shoot their wedding. They are such a wonderful couple and so happy together! They have an amazing love story and are truly meant to be. We met them at Dow Gardens for their engagement session and it was so much fun. My mouth hurt towards the end, because I just couldn’t stop smiling with them! It was a perfect Fall day out, and their photos turned out great. Congratulations  Barry & Marabeth!

Senior Favorite: Eric!

Eric was such a down to earth guy. He came in pretty much ready to be done with it . Eric was getting his pictures done all for his mom, and what a great son he was. For his outdoor session we explored the woods beyond the Tridge. It was a really cool area that we never get to use because of constant flooding. Bruce shot a bunch of really unique pictures. We made sure to keep Eric’s experience short and sweet, and I’m pretty sure he appreciated it. He will be graduating from Dow High School this Spring. We wish you the best Eric!
